AGILE PRATICE ARCHITECT
Agile Pratice Architect is required for my client based in Singapore. The Agile Pratice Architect will lead the Agile Practice & Architecture function of the Software Delivery Team for a leading Bank in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strengthen the software delivery process based on the Agile principles. This includes: Test Driven Development, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration and Automated Deployment, peer reviews.
* Coach the scrum team members for efficient scrum meeting, backlog prioritization, retrospective and team efficiency action plans.
* Assist the scrum teams throughout the project life cycle
* Collaborate with other groups across regions (APAC, EMEA, USA)
* Participate in system architecture and design processes
* Contribute on global architecture initiatives
* Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in Software development
* Certified Scrum Professional supported by experience in facilitation or coaching
* Proven experience leading software development and delivering new product to market
* Demonstrated analytical techniques and ability to make recommendations to technical and program leadership to improve the product, processes or technology and present ideas clearly and concisely
* Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy to understand manner
* Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues
Technical Knowledge:
- Extensive experience with
* Java (Core & EE, Spring, JUnit)
* Build tools (Maven, Ant)
* SCM tools (Subversion)
* Scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python/Jython, PowerShell, etc)
* Web Technologies (Javascript, HTML, JSON, REST, SOAP)
* Testing tools (Fitness, QTP, Selenium, JBehave)
* Application Servers, servlet containers, and web Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, Jetty, Apache HTTP server, etc)
* SQL and RDBMS systems
* Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, integration patterns and messaging technologies (eg MQ Series)
