Excede are currently looking for a Agile & Infrastructure coach for a urgent role for a client based in Belgium.
During this assignment, you will coach several cross-functional teams and guide them to the realisation of their mission. Each of these teams exists of experienced experts in their own domain: Servers, storage, network, work stations, IPTEL, etc. Besides installing and keeping the various infrastructure components operational, they support the different Delivery teams in setting up and maintaining their environments (you build it, you run it).
Tasks and responsibilities
Your role as an Agile & Infrastructure Coach consists of several aspects:
You are in charge of four squad teams, each with their own mission. You coach where necessary to succeed in each mission.
You help the teams focus on working efficiently and autonomously. You stimulate the collaboration among the infra teams and with the different Delivery teams. You have the talent to encourage them to constantly improve.
You have a good dose of people management skills for performance evaluations and new recruitment's.
You build a bridge towards the Delivery teams that are working on new media products, such as groundbreaking editorial systems that combine paper and screen & websites that attract millions of visitors each day, together with the teams.
The role is for a Dutch & English speaker
and you must be able to work within the EU
