Our client Tier1 IT system integrator are looking for AGILE CONSULTANT to support their client project based in ZURICH

GC4 EQUIVALENT LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

- Ability to deal with senior stakeholders and maintain appropriate reporting
- Managing stakeholder sign-off
- Managing/oversight of project specific RAID logs and appropriate escalation/mediation of issues to wider governance where appropriate

6-10 YEARS (+) AGILE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

- Deep understanding of coordinating product backlogs and mobilizing scrum teams to deliver against challenging time frames
- Ability to plan and run consecutive 4 week duration sprints to deliver prioritized product backlogs to achieve tangible reportable benefits (vs agreed targets)
- Experience in tracking build and managing delivery to time across multi-disciplinary teams
- Agreeing criteria for product minimum viable build and tracking completion of delivery
- Defining critical success factors and tracking of overall KPIs to confirm delivery
- Managing cross functional, cross product, cross location teams on a daily basis
- Chairing and running daily stand up meetings and linkage to overall Scrum of Scrums for cross project dependencies
- Ability to maintain overall build priorities and arbitrate changes with product owners (master and servant role) to ensure overall target benefits are delivered in any revised priority to product backlogs

AGILE COACHING (OPTIONAL):

- Ability to coach and mentor core team in Agile delivery; with explicit support for transfer of knowledge to core team
- Extensive banking/process/Customer Journey experience:
- Credible banking knowledge (preferably in products related to current scope)
- Understanding of E2E processes
- Understanding of customer journeys and impact on customer experience

CERTIFICATION:

- CSM, Safe Agile 4.5
