For one of my leading logistics clients in The Netherlands I am urgently looking for a Dutch speaking Agile Coach
As Agile coach of the program you advise, challenge and coach the Scrum masters and take them to a higher level. On behalf of the Scrum masters and the Scrum teams you are a 'linking pin' to the core team of the program and thus the primary point of contact. responsible for the effectiveness (performance
As a coach of the MT you help the MT in sustainable change (ie helping us to increase the ownership and the self organization of the teams), you ensure that my client takes a step back at the right time to reflect to facilitate this reflection and you stimulate continuous improvement.

3. As a scrum master of the Online team you are responsible for the implementation and compliance with the scrum framework and agile principles within this.

IN PARTICULAR, IT FOLLOWS:

You ensure that the scrum events take place; where necessary/desired you facilitate this.
You coach the development team and the product owner and challenge them on a high quality of the scrum artefacts.
You help solve obstacles, so that the team can optimally work on the sprint goals.
You ensure through the empirical principles of transparency, inspection and adaptation that teams continuously develop, both in terms of productivity and quality.
You coach and develop the team in self-organization; you adapt your style and the instruments you use to the maturity level of a team and its environment.
You are responsible for good team dynamics.
You help the Product Owner to make the work transparent with the development team.
You help the Product Owner to optimize communication between the development team and the stakeholders.
You help the environment of the Travel Information Online team to understand the Agile mindset and the Scrum framework.
