AGILE COACH/SCRUM MANAGER CHANGE MANAGER (IT STRATEGY)

An Agile Coach/Scrum Manager Change Manager (IT strategy) is urgently required for a long and lucrative IT strategy programme with a major financial services client in Amsterdam.

The Agile Coach/Scrum Manager Change Manager (IT strategy) will understand and map the internal and global client environment as well as new external development methodology to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of these standards on a global scale.

THE AGILE COACH/SCRUM MANAGER CHANGE MANAGER (IT STRATEGY) WILL IDEALLY MATCH AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING PROFILE:

THE AGILE COACH/SCRUM MANAGER CHANGE MANAGER (IT STRATEGY) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Contribution to the definition, description and production of the client IT strategy
- Translating these standards & principles into a concrete worldwide roadmap, taking into account the status and interests of all stakeholders.
- Coordinating, monitoring and assessing progress of the IT standardisation based on client methodologies
- Functional alignment of the Product Owners of the major IT solutions supporting the methodology.
- Aligning global and local changes related to the envisioned IT way of working, and coordination of the creation of central capabilities (act as a primary link between local and global).
- Use of network to standardise across different countries as much as possible.
- Building and maintaining an internal and external international network to act on behalf of the client and to stimulate and increase worldwide sharing of knowledge and improvement of standards. Also actively contributing to relevant meetings and events.
- Managing stakeholder expectations.
- Alignment with and between the architectural function, the local CIO's and informal leads.
- Knowledge sharing, safeguarding, sharing lessons learned and best practices.

THE AGILE COACH/SCRUM MANAGER CHANGE MANAGER (IT STRATEGY):

- Act as a change leader and coordinator to deploy client concepts worldwide, this might also require cultural changes.
- Initiate improvements to grow to a more standardized global IT methodology
- Organise, manage and schedule activities in line with the roadmap for deploying methodologies
- Support transparency in process adherence, compliance via reporting whilst actively monitoring all client IT domains.
- Alignment of global and local changes in relation to the standardisation of IT methodologies, also coordinating the creation of centralised capabilities (act as a primary link between local and global).
- Prioritisation with regard to backlog of central capability development and improvement.
- Analyse and solve problems in a structural manner.
- Stay informed about relevant developments in IT methodologies in order to define policy and adapt roadmaps.
- Ensure that this knowledge is collected, maintained and distributed, and lessons learned and best practices are safeguarded.
