I am currently working with an international organisation based in United Arab Emirates (United Arab Emirates) on a transformation project to upgrade and expand the capability of their systems.
As the transformation project is in its infancy, the decision has been taken at C level to introduce agile, targeting business and technological development. This is a mission critical hire which will inject agile into a large scale greenfield project. I am looking for an agile coach with experience delivering strategic or/and transformative projects as well as demonstrable abilities implementing various agile techniques.
The organisation will provide the visa for the duration of your contract and as I am sure you aware, you will be tax exempt whilst working in this region. The project is estimated to be well over 18 months. It would be great if we could touch down sometime before the end of the week with a copy of your CV at hand.
