Agile Coach - Contract - Brussels/London
Alexander Ash are working with a management consulting business who have won a large piece of Agile transformation work with a leading mobile operator based in Belgium who are seeking an Agile Coach with strong change management experience who can come in and help train up the in-house teams around agile methodology and process - guide them through the agile journey.
They are also implementing a new CRM (salesforce) and want someone who can help with the organisational/people/process change that comes with this transformation
To be based in Brussels 4 days a week and 1 day from London
- Client's about to implement Salesforce (CRM)
- In the meantime they are looking for an Agile Coach with strong change management exp who can come in and help train up the in-house teams around agile methodology and process - they currently operate in a Waterfall environment.
- This will include senior/exec level training and training individuals up to be product owners.
- The teams being trained will include marketing/sales etc
- Number of people being trained in the region of 30-50
