AGILE COACH

For one of my public services clients I am looking for an Agile Coach for an initial contract paying a competitive hourly rate until the end of the year with likely extensions for next year too.

Must have experience:
* HBO work and thinking level;
* Extensive experience in transformation to Agile work
* Experience as a trainer scrum/devops
* experience in larger organizations ()
* Knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE 2;
* Minimum 4 years work experience in projects and programs such as PMO, Agile Analyst, Project;Support or portfolio Manager of which at least 3 years in an Agile environment;
* Preferably experience with tooling such as Jira;
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Agile Coach your goal will be to bring the internal teams into the Agile way of thinking. You'll advise the management on the approach and structure of Agile and develops, implements and secures the Agile ideas within the organisation. You do this by optimizing Project Portfolio processes, developing and maintaining metrics and by assisting Product Owners and Scrum teams. You facilitate the Agile projects by properly sensing which information teams need for insight and overview. You create the optimal space for Agile teams to develop products or services by making all external factors as controlled as possible. You identify and initiate escalations when the progress deviates too much from the roadmap. You know how to lead questions to the right parties and support Product Owners and Scrum teams.

Activities will include but not be limited to:
* Communicating Agile ideas;
* Support and coach Product Owner and management;
* Organizing and professionalizing portfolio and reporting processes;
* Central point of contact;
* Implement process for risk and issue management and these monitors;
* Set up Agile supporting systems;
* Drafting and executing communication plan;
* Uniform and track user stories.

RATES: Negotiable
CONTRACT: 31st Dec 18 with likely extensions. (24 hours per week)
