DUTCH SPEAKING AGILE COACH

My industry leading financial client is urgently looking for a skilled Agile Coach. This is a long term contract in Amsterdam, with great rates.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- You introduce the Agile way of working at the teams, eg through bootcamps, workshops and (on-the-job) trainings
- You coach both Business and IT staff, both 1-on-1 and group-wise on behavior, belonging to a high-performing Agile organization
- You constantly assess the maturity of teams to help fill critical gaps and ensure continuous improvement

SKILLS:

- You have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Agile methods
- You control Scrum and Kanban
- You have expertise in Lean practices (such as value-stream mapping, waste identification, and visual management)
- You have expertise in the BusDevOps way of working (such as Continuous Delivery, organization of multifunctional teams, development of cross-skilled team members)
- You have work experience within high-performing Agile or BusDevOps teams
- You have experience with cross-border teams, ideally with teams that are partly stationed offshore
- You are problem-solving and communicative
- You have the ability to solve problems in a creative way and remove obstacles in an unlikely way
- You have strong competences in the field of leadership and people management
- You are a strong communicator at various skill and seniority levels

WHICH EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND DO YOU HAVE?

- Professional and intellectual skills at university level - at least you have a Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience in both engineering and leadership roles in Agile teams, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or DevOps Engineer
- Track record in improving performance and organizational health by applying Agile and DevOps principles
- Certification in Agile methods and/or proven skills as Agile Coach
- Excellent oral and written command of Dutch and English
