I am urgently looking for a skilled Agile Coach, who could join my clients site in Amsterdam the earliest.
This is a long term contract with an industry leading client. DUTCH AND ENGLISH languages are mandatory.
As an Agile Coach, you are:
- At least HBO work and thinking level
- You have proven affinity and practical experience with Agile works
- You have knowledge of Agile, Scrum and/or Lean
- Knowledge of the latest developments and trends in Lean, Agile work, change management and coaching and you are able to translate this knowledge into the method in your Squads
- You have demonstrably impacted business based on broad business knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in training, coaching and change management
- A good track record in realizing a culture cover
