Currently one of our blue chip clients is urgerntly seeking a Agile Coach to join their team on a long term project basis in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
THE SUCCESSFUL AGILE COACH SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Need very senior people who can talk to CIO. Assume minimum 10+ years of Agile experience with an overall 20+ years of experience
2. Need only Agile Coach. Do not require CI-CD coach.
3. Agile coach must have an appreciation and understanding of CI-CD
4. SAFe certified, CSM certified etc.
5. Must have coached atleast 500 people earlier
6. Must have trained and created Agile coaches
7. Willingness to go to other countries (Spain, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Poland) for 2 - 4 days a week during initial days
8. Must be a training expert
