Xcede are looking to highlight a suitable candidate for our long standing partner based in Belgium.
Tasks and responsibilities
Your role as Agile Coach/Team Leader consists of several aspects:
You are in charge of four squad teams, each with their own mission. You coach where necessary to succeed in each mission.
You have a good dose of people management skills for performance evaluations and new recruitment.
You build new media products, such as groundbreaking editorial systems that combine paper and screen & websites that attract millions of visitors each day, together with the teams.
You let the existing products of this company evolve, so the quality remains optimal.
Hard skills
As an Agile Coach/Team Leader, Agile and Lean complement each other perfectly for you. You know the practices and how to apply them in pragmatical and creative way. You focus on concrete results and continuous improvement.
Best case scenario: you have experience with creating high-performing teams.
For this role you must be Fluent in both Dutch & English plus be able to working within the EU
