Agile Coach
Location: Brussels
Duration: 6 months

Context:
Quality & Coaching division is in charge of the Agile methodology implementation.
As this methodology is rather new to the organization, we are looking for a multi-disciplinary senior Agile coach who is not afraid of a challenge and with a proven track-record
Function:
Next to coaching the new Agile project and teams, you will also be helping with the development of the Agile processes and guidelines and the alignment between the different participating departments (architecture, I&O, release management)
The tasks of an agile coach consists of:
* Transformation of the organization
* Coaching and mentoring agile teams
* Teaching of Scrum roles, responsibilities, framework, artefacts and meetings
* Assisting teams in adoption and adaptation of Agile techniques
* Empowering cross-functional self-organizing teamwork
* Recognizes when a particular Agile technique is not the best solution for the teams needs
* Work with Project Managers to share learnings and maximize practice consistency between teams.
* Work with different internal departments to facilitate continuous delivery, planning, transparency and improvement
* Setup of appropriate tooling
* Participation to the formalization
* Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
* Flexible, accurate & control minded.
* High level of autonomy and stress resistance

* Precision and analytical thinking
* Power of conviction
