Agile Coach

Role - Agile Coach Location - Nottingham Contract - 4 months

Experienced Agile Coach required initially a 4 month contract for my client based in Nottingham. We require the candidate to have at least one years experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Team Lead with agile software development teams.

You need to have experience of using a combination of lean and agile practices to help teams succeed and organisations evolve.

A genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow and the ability to work with high-performing teams and challenge them to improve further.

Responsibilities:

* Coach teams facing tough challenges eg related to how they work and interact together, coping with the cultural as well as process changes.
* Coach individuals in order for them to grow and develop
* Coach the fundamentals of agile (eg ceremonies) my client has selected SAFe as a portfolio framework as well as Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, Paired Programming and TDD
* Coach the leadership team
* Teach teams agile methodologies using the materials that my client has developed as a starting base
* Facilitate learning through workshops and meetings
