AGILE COACH
We are currently hiring for an Agile coach for our banking Client in Singapore for 12 months contract. They will be responsible for training and establishing Agile practices in technology teams making process improvement to deliver a quality product earliest into to market.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Organization's Agile Transformation Lead to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also considering the unique needs of the organization
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation, standardization and simplification
- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, essential when interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
- Strong vertical and horizontal communication skills.
- Possesses most skills of the traditional project manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 5 Years of Agile Coaching and/or SCRUM Master Experience.
- Partnering with the Bank's Agile Transformation Lead to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also considering the unique needs of the organization
- Outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation, standardization and simplification
- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, essential when interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
- Strong vertical and horizontal communication skills.
- Possesses most skills of the traditional project manager.
