Synergize Consulting are now hiring for an Agile Coach to work at a leading government client based in London on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and enabling multi-disciplinary development teams, helping to guide them as to the subtleties of Agile principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

- Applying Agile principles and methodologies in a way which aligns with the values and goals of the project and wider organisation
- Working with product owners and business analysts to identify and define user stories and acceptance criteria, product management, and sprint backlogs
- Facilitating the sprint planning and prioritisation process.
- Getting the best out of non-Agile team members with guidance and support in understanding requirements

Experience required:

- Several years' experience implementing Agile practices in the context of software engineering
- Experience working with Agile project teams through the entire project life cycle (build, test, release)
- Test Driven Design (TDD) and ATTD hands-on experience
- Have used one or more programming languages (eg Java, C#, Ruby) in project team
- Hands-on experience with automated functional testing
