JOB: Agile Business Analyst - Swedish speaking
LOCATION: Stockholm
CONTRACT: long term - rates negotiable
I have urgent request for an Agile Business Analyst in Stockholm to start immediately on a project within Insurance. A background in insurance is preferable, however a solid grounding in digital projects is a would be a good alternative.
JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
7 to 12+ years of work experience as business analyst in Insurance industry
Ideally a strong Insurance experience in P&C and Life (minimum 5 years)
Experience in managing Business and IT stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Should have worked as a Business analyst for Web/Digital application, integration.
Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile - Scrum
Strong communication skills, adaptable to change and ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
REQUIREMENTS:
Language: Swedish & English fluency
Business Architect with strong knowledge in Insurance industry (P&C, Life)
Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple disciplines to elicit business, data and functional requirements.
Translate requirements into clearly defined and easily understood documents, including: project charters, use cases, process flows, data flows, business rules, wireframes, etc.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that the technology solution satisfies business requirements.
Collect, manipulate, reconcile, and review participant data - identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Resolve more complex plan provision questions and issues surfaced by less experienced Analysts
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
