Agile Business Analyst - Online/Digital (S39)

We are currently seeking an Agile Business Analyst to join the team and work across project engagements with a leading Digital product and services provider.

With a portfolio of programs approved for the new financial year, the Senior Business Analysts will be working with the key business stakeholders, engaging with the IT delivery streams to drive valuable outcomes within the Consumer Digital product space. Working within an Agile environment, we are looking for a senior Business Analyst with an emphasis on leadership skills and an outcome orientated approach.

This engagement will see a senior contributor drive the delivery of value add solutions. Expectations of the Business Analyst will include being involved in internal and external requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, conducting workshops, producing use cases/stories, being involved/key to QA and general advocate for best practice for digital solutions.

This is a large environment with key stakeholders ranging from product managers, Marketing/commercial space as well as the technical application delivery teams.

Required Skills/Experience

- Min 5-7 years experience as a Business analyst
- Have proven experience working in genuine Agile environments (2-3 years minimum)
- Have used and produced Use cases and or User stories
- Have worked within Digital, online or web services environment
- Have proven experience conducting and leading workshops
- Excellent communication skills
