Agile Business Analyst - Agile Methodology.

Fantastic opportunity with a leading financial E-commerce organisation has come up for a Business Analyst with strong Agile experience and experience of working with OO Development teams. The core environment is C#/.NET/TDD/Agile but the successful BA can come from an environment with any development language such as Java or C++. The key is strong Agile.

The successful Business Analyst will ideally have worked in the E-commerce sector previously and will have proven experience of liaising between the business/stakeholders and IT to enable the delivery of IT solutions. The successful candidate will be passionate about the Agile methodology and will be an engaging team player. These characteristics are of vital importance within the organisation who pride themselves on being a knowledge sharing environment.

As Agile Business Analyst your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and will incorporate: adherence to QA procedures, managing requirements for product teams, coaching Agile methods, documentation of user stories and requirements development, building strong relationships with both internal/external partners.

The successful Agile Business Analyst will have the following skills/experience:

*Significant experience using the Agile methodology to gather requirements eg Themes, Epics, Stories

*Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across the business on both a technical and business level

*Ability to perform well in a fast paced Agile environment

The company are based in Peterborough but commutable from surrounding areas such as Cambridgeshire, Nottingham, Northampton, Stamford, Milton Keynes, London (current contract commute from these areas).
