Agile Automation Test Consultants - Java, C#, C, C++, PHP, Ruby, Python, Selenium

One of Monarch Recruitment's leading clients is urgently looking for a number of Agile Automation Test Consultants due to massive expansion.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

- Extensive commercial experience in performing a QA role for web applications
- Strong coding skills in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, C, C++, PHP, Ruby, Python.
- Experience in applying automation frameworks in some of the following tools: Xunit family, Watir, Selenium, Fitnesse, Concordian, Greenhat, soapUI or similar.
- Experience of leading small teams of Software Automation Engineers.
- The ability to write clear, concise, well-documented code that adheres to commercial standards.
- A good appreciation of coding standards, design best practices and a keen desire to apply them.
- Experience in testing and/or developing Web services (REST and/or SOAP).
- Knowledge of the HTTP, Web and XML technologies
- Great understanding of testing throughout the product lifecycle, both at code-level (unit testing) and application-level (system testing).
- excellent level of attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence
- Mobile application and web QA Automation Tools familiarity
- Experience of the full Testing life-cycle
- SQL query skills
- A strong working knowledge of Integration, Regression and UAT testing
- Waterfall, Agile and RAD methodology experience
