An Offshore Wind Turbine Developer and Manufacturer is looking for a CONTRACT SALES MANAGER SERVICE to focus on the North European regions. This is a permanent job opportunity that is to start ASAP in the North West UK. The Contract Sales Manager will report directly to the Service Area Manager UK/Ireland and functionally to the Head of Service Sales in the headquarters located in Hamburg.

The main task of the Contract Sales Manager is to actively negotiate the Developer's maintenance & service agreements during the sales process of wind turbines and thus maintain most favourable terms and conditions.

THE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE:

- Participation in the sales process of wind turbines to ensure highest possible contract margin
- Preparation of project specific pricing & solutions
- Professional presentation of service contract offerings including proper cost benefit argumentation
- Management of large tenders (preparation of documents/interface to other departments)
- Negotiation of key account after sales contracts
- Continuous analysis of customer needs, market trends und competitor analysi

REQUIREMENTS:

The Contract Sales Manager is required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in contract sales.

Further qualifications and experience required:

- Master's degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be an asset
- Experience in sales contract management and sales experience in capital goods industry
- Sales professional with proven track record in winning contracts
- International/-cultural experience of the target markets
- Experience with sales to utilities or from wind industry/power generation is an asset
- Proactive and result orientated with strategic and analytical skills
- Specific commercial and legal knowledge in service contracts
- Strong ability to close deals
- Ready to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent in both written and spoken English
- Scandinavian language would be a plus
