DESCRIPTION:
-Take responsibility for the up selling and management of your direct clients and their agencies ranked within the top 10 of German advertisers.
-Report on sales figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical.
-Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
-Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their KPIs.
-Deliver ongoing customer training in all AdWords-related tools to agencies as well as education for clients about Google products.
-Planning, Pitching, Implementation / Troubleshooting, Performance Tracking and Reporting for our large FMCG customers
-Supporting Industry Manager in strategic / transformational selling approach
-Relationship management w/ client and according agencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 3 years of experience in media account management.
-Knowledge of the media agency landscape, understands agencies organization, business models and ways of working.
-Hands-on campaign management experience using the Google AdWords platform as well as an understanding of offline media dynamics and the brand marketing concept.
-Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-Ability to deliver results under pressure.
-Fluent in German and English
