Advisory Board Services Associate

The Advisory Board Services Associate supports an assigned business unit with multiple franchises/brands in the centralized development, management, administration and compliance of their advisory board activities; working closely with internal partners/stakeholders as well as external agencies and vendors. Reports to: Manager of the Advisory Board Services Group, TLS/CCO (Thought Leader Services/Commercial Compliance Operations)
* Overall role for the position is someone who is going to be reviewing marketing, medical affairs, clinical and advisory board documents.

* Reviewing documents, reviewing from a compliance perspective as well as viewing the clinical data and looking at the documents from a business prospective.
* Look the data to see if it meets business needs.
* 50% of job is reviewing the documents line by line and the other 50% is engaging in meetings with stakeholders
* Helps to develop and coordinate communication of ongoing advisory board activities to both internal partners/stakeholders, as well as relevant external vendors and outside agencies
* Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of company activities
* Supports his/her manager and others in the development, implementation, management and ongoing monitoring/administration/tracking and reporting of advisory board policies, procedures, activities, tools, and resources for assigned franchises/brands

* Reason for the job opening: To cover maternity leave --- 11 /12 to 5 /13

(typical backgrounds of people in the Full-time role: Backgrounds in marketing, clinical, usually with some compliance aspect, some have regulatory experience )
* Good communicator, verbal & written, detailed.
* Prefer experience with direct involvement/exposure with/to Advisory Boards
* Previous experience can include a legal background, a regulatory background
* Working knowledge of external regulations/guidelines, e.g. FDA regulations, OIG, and PhRMA
