ADVANCED ANALYTIC MODELING CONSULTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wayne, PA.

- IBM SPSS advanced analytic platform
- Data mining and Statistical modelling
- CRISP-DM methodology

What You'll Be Doing:

- Pattern detection, variable selection, model validation and deployment, along with effect-size and causal analysis utilizing the breadth and depth of the IBM SPSS advanced analytic suite. The nature of the work mandates expertise in the business discovery-to-modelling translation utilizing a multifaceted interdisciplinary approach.
- Enabling data/information-driven decision making at Company requires these disciplines to come together.
- This expert will leverage and interpret the needs of the business from the business' perspective through applied mathematics, technology and behavioral sciences.
- Models will be built and a system to defend their validity to both legal and regulatory agencies is mandatory.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Expertise with more than ten (10) years of hands-on experience building models with the IBM SPSS advanced analytic platform, particularly with its data mining and statistical modelling components.
- Expert in understanding, defining and translating complex business problems, where the factors affecting the problem may not be completely understood.
- Expert in the transformation of information and data into context-specific and objective insights that can be modeled and defended that will enable better decisions.
- Expertise in creating visualizations and translating interpreted model results to non-technical decision makers to facilitate the on-going creation, translation and consumption of insights.
- Expert in advanced analytic project design, construction and packaging utilizing the CRISP-DM methodology.
- Expert in the management-research discovery methods from both the "bottom-up" and "top-down" perspectives.
- Proven ability to present and defend findings.
- Demonstrable ability to create knowledge transfer materials aimed at communicating complex information in a visual manner to non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in creating deployable models and documenting updates and versioning control methods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory.
