My client, a local council in the West Midlands; require a Team Manager with experience of the Care Quality Commission rules and regulations to join their Rapid Response Adults Team. This is initially a three month contract with the chance of a 6/12 month extension for the right candidate and it will pay up to £40per hour, easily the highest in the market for such a role.

This role will involve confidential investigations, person centered planning and risk assessments as well as processing the deprivation of liberty safeguarding applications whilst ensuring elements of risk protection are in place for both client and service.You will have to provide written reports in relation to the service. As part of the management team you'll be a vital link between practitioners and those who make strategic decisions about Adult Services, and your input will ensure that resources are utilised effectively.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Social Work degree or an equivalent qualification, be HCPC registered and have at least 3 years managerial experience within a similar team. You will also have to provide recent references and have a current DBS.
