The key responsibilities will be:
1. Build related activities
2. Ensure design, build and implementation of the work product.
3. Validate/Define architecture
4. Assign and review tasks
5. Mentor the team (onsite and Offshore) on technical areas
6. Ensure code quality (manual and automated)
7. Learn new technologies
Required experience
1. Hands on experience in development of WCM systems using Adobe AEM, JCR, CRX, Apache Felix, Sling, OSGI, Html and JavaScript
2. Good Experience in developing web applications using MVC design patterns
3. Working knowledge on caching techniques and performance optimization
4. AEM design concepts
5. AEM architecture knowledge
