NextLink is currently looking for an Administrator/Project Coordinator - Google - MS Office
Administrator/Project Coordinator will support the project manager to cover the administrative aspects of the project.
ADMISTRATOR/PROJECT COORDINATOR - GOOGLE - MS OFFICE - TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project setup and setup/support for setup of processes
- Tracking and reporting of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions
- Change request management
- Support meetings (scheduling, take meeting minutes, booking rooms and catering etc.)
- Project administration (on boarding of new team members, access management to document repositories, maintain org chart and contact list etc.)
PROJECT COORDINATOR SKILLS:
- Providing administrative support for a global project with multiple work streams
- Working with Global Virtual teams
- MS Office products and tools for project scheduling (Smartsheet is a plus)
- Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
- Project or Project Workstream Management experience is a plus
- Pharma Experience (esp. experience with PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project (Ariba, Perform, Clarity, Project Library, etc.) is a plus
