SCOPE OF WORK:

Operation of the GPE Intranet and sharepoint environment

Typical tasks:
Management of Active Directory user groups in GMT
Management of sharepoint user group
Management of sharepoint environment incl.
service requests through TechOps CoE Sharepoint
creation/deletion of sharepoint sites and collaboration spaces in the TechOps SP inventory
Single point of contact for GPE to TechOps CoE Sharepoint
Supporting data/records management on Legacy systems (G drive) in line with TechOps/guidelines
Supporting the GPE Content manager as deputy
Supporting GPE associates for usage of sharepoint/Intranet of GPE
