Administrator - Purchase Orders, Supplier Accounts, Oracle - Part time - Temporary Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator for a company based in Maidenhead.
As Administrator you will be supporting a busy Procurement team, updating supplier accounts in Oracle.

This is a short term temporary assignment starting Monday 13th May until 31st May. The working hours will be 9am - 3pm.

As Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up and amending supplier accounts in Oracle
- Assisting with business queries regarding Purchase Orders and Suppliers
- Raising Purchase Orders in Oracle
- Managing the department general emails

This is a proactive position and we are looking for someone who can "hit the ground running".

In order to be successful in your application we are looking for someone with experience using Oracle - to set up and amend records and raise POs. You will also need to be able to deal with queries on email and telephone regarding supplier accounts.
