Administrator - Middleware/OpenEdge

Tasks/Responsibilities:

*Design, develop and support procedures, scripts and XML for the delivery, automatic installation and configuration of Application Server platforms including Progress OpenEdge Application Server and JavaEE (Tomcat, JBoss, IBM WebSphere AS)
*Support/investigate OpenEdge and JavaEE environments (functional and technical/performance test environments)
*Design new solutions around OpenEdge and JavaEE infrastructure

Skills:

Mandatory:

*Progress OpenEdge Application Server administration and configuration
*Knowledge of at least one JavaEE Application Server administration and configuration (like JBoss, Oracle Weblogic Server, IBM WebSphere AS or Tomcat)
*Linux Shell Scripts
*XML/XSD
*Eclipse IDE
*Maven build tool
*Usage of a version control system like IBM Clearcase

Advantages:

*SSL/PKI knowledge
*Web server administration
*Knowledge of OpenEdge development
*Knowledge of JavaEE development

Languages:

*Fluent in English
*knowledge of French and/or German considered as an advantage
