Roles and Responsibilities
* Conducting process to ship code bills and check requests.
* Logging data related to logistic administration into shipping system.
* Prepare shipping documentation and develop relations with shipping agents.
* Maintain vendor performance database invoicing.
* Performing general administration duties for the logistics department and liaise with other members of staff with regards to documentation
* Interact with external suppliers related to deliveries cover for organizations departmental colleagues while on leave or absent.
* Interact with external and internal suppliers in respect to delivering general record keeping along with office duties.
* Monitor controllable imports/exports to attain audit standards of UK authorities.
* Organising and storing paperwork to company standards
Skills and competencies required
* Previous experience in Administration
* Competent with Microsoft Office systems
Desirable Skills and competencies
* Experience with SAP systems or other in house systems related to logistics
* Logistics or Import/export experience
* Experience within a healthcare/Medical company
