As an administrator you will be responsible for supporting a technical service desk/helpdesk department within a service management team. You will ideally have an excellent telephone manner and strong admin skills, IT skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) will be highly beneficial. The preferred candidate will be a recent graduate who can deal with mailbox issues, administration of reports, customer queries etc.
