Administrator - Contract Support

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced and organised administrator for an initial 6 month contract in Guildford city centre.

We are specifically looking for someone with recent experience within supply chain or delivery - processing customer orders, raising POs and most importantly using the SAP system. In this role you will play a key part in dealing with customer invoicing, customer billing, ensuring timely invoicing, inventory management (Stock control) and reporting. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using Excel for analysing data, reporting using VLookups and pivot tables and analysing costs.

As Contract Support Administrator you will be responsible for managing the administration of customer contracts and purchase orders, customer escalation and contract/purchase order changes/updates, input into SAP project details, set up weekly progress meetings, inventory management (updating and reconciling stock systems), control customer acceptance, monitor the inbox and invoicing.
