Projektbeschreibung
The Administrator will provide on site and regional administration, liaising with team members & third parties, tracking stock levels and costs for projects as well as contacting sites/users.
Duties:
*Monitoring and reporting project admin and ensuring all technical information and documentation is recorded, communicated and fully supported.
*Administering and tracking incoming PERs (use of Excel, Outlook)
*Administering the Projects and Programme
*Checking timely completion of project documentation
*Manage and resolve incidents
*Communicate with suppliers
*Communicate with customers up to Executive level
*Manage and update existing documents and spreadsheets
*Ordering equipment
*Proactively monitor and manage incident queues and team mailboxes
*General ad hoc admin
Knowledge required:
*Experience of previous administrator roles would be advantageous
*Knowledge of MS Office 2003 through to 2010
*Excellent communication skills, with a focussed and motivated personality
*Previous experience of project Co-ordinator roles would be an advantageous
*Ability to work as part of a team as well as working for long periods of time unsupervised
*Good organisational skills
*Flexible work approach
