Our client, a major telecommunication company are looking to recruit a PA/Administrator to join their team based in Newbury.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

- Travel bookings and amendments to travel
- Diary Management (experience using Outlook)
- Creating expense reports for GCU Team
- Maintaining GCU whereabouts on a weekly basis
- Supporting the preparation of presentation materials
- Recording GCU holiday requests
- Handling and processing purchase orders
- Manage Ericol shared folder site
- Manage GCU Intranet page
- Liasing with facilties management to organise replenishment of stationery stock items
- Updating Organisation Charts
- Booking meetings and rooms for team members
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
