I am looking for a general administrator to work within a finance department.
You will be required to:
- To open, sort and distribute incoming mail into the team.
- Manage exceptions and return invoices to suppliers as necessary.
- Scan all incoming invoices within agreed SLA's.
- Word & Excel experience is also required.
