RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field Document Control - Swapping out the hard copy drawings as they are received or revised from the home office
- Manage the Shipping and Bill of Lading Tickets from Vendors that are sending equipment to the site
- Updating the company Shippable components list based off of the Shipping Tickets and Bills of Lading
- Scan the Inspection Reports and email to appropriate people
- Managing the Non-Conformance report generation in the field and email them for approval
- Assist Manager with collation of commissioning paperwork (activity/progress database entry and report generation)
- Work with home office expediting & document control on the development of the commissioning turnover packages as well as the vendor O&M manual sections that we will need to incorporate into the turnover packages-> Answer the main office phone, forward accordingly or take a message as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Administrator/Project Assistant supporting heavy industrial construction projects (power plant projects a PLUS)
- Must be able to effectively interact with Customer, vendors, and other team members on the telephone and in person
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Our client prefers candidates that are local to the Orlando, FL area
