Administrative Support - Product Stewardship Job

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Neenah, WI.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Knowledge of chemical names is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide data entry services and support product safety, toxicology and chemical compliance databases on substances, raw materials and products within client portfolio
- Manage and maintain key contact lists for material suppliers and/or test laboratories, as needed, in order to obtain required information for Product Safety assessments, regulatory registration or notification programs
- Evaluate, appropriately process and respond to incoming requests to the Product Stewardship team for chemical composition, compliance or product safety support assistance
- Effectively work within the Product Stewardship team and client systems and processes, support and strengthen strategic internal customer and external material supplier relationships, and prioritize work.
- This is primarily a data entry position, where a knowledge of chemical names is highly desirable
- There will be interactions with many of our chemical suppliers, so good communication skills is a plus.

- Chemistry Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
