ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Excel skills
- Data analysis skills
- Strong telephone communication skills
- What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform a wide variety of general secretarial and administrative duties.
- Taking telephone calls and entering data into spreadsheets & databases, filing, and reports.
- Preparing accurate documents that will generated into receivables and billings
- Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum High school diploma with related experience.
- Two years of progressively responsible office support experience.
- Two years of experience in standard office administrative practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment.
- Must have a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word PowerPoint and Outlook for the purposes of document generation and data reporting.

- Demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related area
