For our Life Sciences client in Switzerland, we are currently seeking Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Start Date: 05/12/2016
End date: 30/06/2017
Location: Basel, Switzerland
TASKS
- Set up and maintain the administrative arrangements for effective and efficient contract management
- Conduct contractual monitoring. Develop effective relationships with the requestors and vendors
- Driving contracts for get signatures
- Maintain accurate and up to date logs of issues, risks, ensure that actions are followed up in a timely fashion
- Ensure payments are accurate and reflect agreed performance
- Responsible for managing contract system uploads, tracking in Pharmaceutical SAP, digital archiving
SKILLS
- Drive to work in an international environment
- Showing initiative and working proactively
- Must be very detail oriented
- Advanced MS Office skills, knowledge in SAP
- Supportive, trustworthy, open-minded and humorous personality
- Fluent in English, good German
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment, handling various tasks at the same time
- Detail-oriented
