For our pharmaceutical client in Basel, we are seeking an Administrative Specialist/Expert
Start Date: 1st July 2016
End Date: 31st October 2016
Location: Basel
Language: English, German
Your Role:
- Manage general administrative tasks and process independently
- Respond to and initiate inquiries
- Preparation of presentations, correspondence and other documentation
- Organization of Filing, compilation of statistics on submission
- Planning, prioritisation and scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Arrange and coordination of travel
- Administrative support to manager and supporting other team members
Your Experience:
- 4+ years in office or administrative support
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong organisation, prioritisation skills
- Independent worker
- Very strong communication skills
- IT savvy
We welcome applications of consultants' who match most of the above requirements and are available on a short notice. There is a competitive Hourly rate available for the contract; alternative market rates are also welcome.
