Administrative PMO Support - Contract - Financial Services, Zurich

Swisslinx is urgently looking for an Administrative PMO Supporter to work for our client in the financial services sector in Zurich, Switzerland.

In this role you will be handling the programme mailbox, coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops and events, meeting room management and SharePoint management.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Very diligent working person,
- Well organized, focussed
- Able to work with minimum supervision,
- Able to communicate on the phone, via e-mails,
- Administrative tasks
- Coordination of on-boarding (eg set-up new joiners, coordinate equipment with IT)

The working language is English, German would be an advantage.

This is a 12 month contract, however my client is looking for someone committed to stay in this role for at least 2-3 years.

These roles are open to Swiss, Swiss permit holders and EU Nationals.
