Our client is the world's leading software corporation seeking a candidate for a high-demand, fast-paced administrative role with some PM responsibilities.

Responsibilities will include: managing the rewards program, assisting with upcoming building move, managing equipment ordering and setup, managing contractor information, managing SharePoint and files, maintaining an action item tracker, and other projects as assigned.

Position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including group admins, business managers, and marketing leaders. The candidate will be responsible for aiding the Business Manager in the completion tasks related to the operations of the marketing organization and must be able to work unsupervised and take direction and feedback via electronic communications. Candidate must be highly organized, have the ability to work with confidential information, have above average communication skills, have solid Microsoft Office skills + basic skills with SharePoint (eg post files, create lists, manage user permissions), the ability to take direct feedback, and the ability to work in stressful situations at times. Above average Excel skills will be considered a plus.
