AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR AN ADMINISTRATION OFFICER TO FILL AN INITIAL 5 WEEK CONTRACT. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, A HIGH QUALITY APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE ADAPTABLE TO VARYING WORK ENVIRONMENTS.

ADMINISTRATION TASKS:

- Manage the mail room and deliver/collect mail between two CBD offices.
- Ensure deliveries to the two buildings reach the correct person
- Manage state wide Cab Charge account
- Order stationery materials and office supplies as required and process invoices including raising payment vouchers
- Assist with providing a high quality professional visitor and telephone inquiry service for central office
- Assist with coordinating booking of meeting rooms and shared office equipment
- Manage central office car fleet and monitor running sheets
- Ability to act as relief Office Services Coordinator
