We have an exclusive long term contract role available to work onsite with a renowned global PHARMACEUTICAL company in Basel, Switzerland. This particular global PHARMACEUTICAL company is looking for a German speaking Administrative Expert for maintaining quality administrative services to the assigned group.

As an Administrative Expert you will be responsible for the independent delivery of profound administrative services in a local and a global context. Independently takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager/team members. (what is given, eg independent writing of correspondence, preparation of a draft for a presentation or a table after basic instructions, filing, appointment coordination for the department, database administration, supervising relatively demanding processes, eg target/actual comparisons, budget, checking of invoices, set up of statistics with a template, deputizing for administrative staff, meeting preparation and writing of simple minutes).

An ideal Administrative Expert should have experience in administrative area and have strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.Computer literacy (eg MS-project, SharePoint, Powerpoint, document management systems) available and shown ability to quickly learn new software and tracking tools and associated processes. Should have relevant secretarial or equivalent qualification.
