For our client in Basel we are looking for an Administrative Expert: Financial Projects for a 6 month contract.

Place: Basel

Duration ASAP- 10.03.2018

Workload: 100%

This motivated individual will have prior experience in administrative finance and other projects. Experience of working in social media, digital communications, agency or consultancy is preferable but not essential.

Major Accountabilities:
. Administer the processing of financial requests within the Social Media Hub
. Financial Controlling of other business platforms and tools
. Process sales invoices (PO's) for services received
. Develop and administer financial procedures relating to revenue control
. Assist in preparing various financial or administrative reports
. Assist in preparation of bi-annual audit
. Contribute to the overall projects that require financial input and/or metrics to reports

Candidate Profile:
- Education (minimum/desirable): University degree; A recognised Financial qualification
- Languages: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Other language skills desirable, with high preference German or Spanish.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience as financial admin expert in project managing, accountancy expert and/or administration clerk in the finance department.
