For our client in BASEL we are looking for ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERT for a 12-MONTH contract.





The candidate independently takes care of general and complex administrative tasks for the IT leader and his internal team members and maintains the administrative processes in case of the IT Leader's absence.

- Handle general administrative tasks independently, including printing, preparation of presentations, replying to e-mails from customers, partners or staff members, filing of documents and e-mails, uploading of information in SharePoint, keeping files up to date
- Support development of communications and presentations
- Handle meeting organization and preparation, order catering, set up of video- and teleconferences
- Organize special events, such as offsite leadership meetings and team events
- Coordinate on- and off-boarding of internal staff members or relocations
- Coordinate other administrative activities, including office moves for team members, customer satisfaction surveys
- Manage IT leader's calendar, and coordinate appointments
- Organize travel and business trips for IT leader; organize required documents for travelling, manage travel expenses
- Keep distribution lists up to date
- Order office equipment
- Handle PO creation/GR Booking as required
- Inform, advise and support the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- For work processes in own area of responsibility, support optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
- Deputize for administrative staff
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Administration Expert scope 
- Ensure on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, restarts of internal and external IT associates by either coordinating or executing relevant administrative activities.
- Support other IT Workforce related administrative activities as needed.
- Accountable and responsible for execution end-to-end Boarding processes (on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, restarts) including interaction with other relevant NBS domains like eg HR, REFS
- Maintain accurate external associate data in HR Core
- Coordinate provisioning and removal of working environment for IT associates (eg workspace, network access, accounts assets, system/tools accesses in scope).
- Monitor Boarding processes and follow up on delays
- Investigate and troubleshoot outstanding issues with respective teams and contacts in charge (CPMs, GDDB team, HR Services)
- Support other IT Workforce related administrative activities as needed 
- Need good experience with Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint

-Experience in mass on-off boarding (analytic and optimizing)
-Sharepoint skills
-Collaboration technology skills and social media (like yammer)
