IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Serve as a primary contact for one or multiple departments and coordinate ongoing processes for the team
-Coordinate and organize international congresses/meetings and staff trips
-Attend and organize sales and cycle meetings such as national congresses/events/workshops/meetings
-Visit hotels on site for possible meetings, in contact with responsible managers
-Support sales force in all needs
-Processing of 3rd party sponsorships and individual sponsorships
-Responsible for and track the congress and selling budget
-Coordinate accounting processes such as invoicing and payments, creating purchase orders, opening vendors
-Support Product Manager with projects and administrational needs
-On-boarding of new hires (may provide training, guidance and orientation)
-Prepare agendas, take and completes committee meeting minutes; coordinate distribution and follows up on action items
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-In-depth related experience in an administrative support role
-Organizational talent
-Highly experienced in using MS Office tools
-Fluency in German and English/good knowledge in French (oral and written)
