WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for administrative support projects for Continuing Education to meet compliance needs, support sales education events, education expense reconciliation and the third party grant process.
- Reconcile and manage Health Care Professional related expenses associated with the client's education programs
- Conduct follow-up for deliverables required for grant recipients.
- Conduct verification of statutory compliance adherence and data entry of HCP's information against public databases for all sales and education events.
- Report discrepancies for education events (specifically MA/VT) and assist with resolution
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to comprehend and develop mastery of various internal programs - Ariba, JDE, etc
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skill.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based upon fluctuating priorities and timelines.
- Computer proficiency commonly used Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships within and outside of the organization.
- Ability to work without close supervision and produce quality work.
- Willing to work overtime to complete projects in a timely manner.
