MY DUTIES:
-Create and monitor a list of participants that you can track
-Organize and coordinate meetings including writing and sending high level invitation letters
-Prepare all the logistics for the participants (documentation, meeting places and registration information
-Coordinate travel arrangements
-Assist in evaluation team budget monitoring
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Diploma in Business Administration or international relations
-Fluency in French and English, other language an asset
-Profound experience in administrative or international development
-Strong organisational and coordination skills
-Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Ability to work well under pressure and to deliver a qualitative job
